- FOR THE MAIN… Birdie BLT on Ciabatta. You can never go wrong with a BLT, especially with Chef Matt MacDonald’s herbed chicken! This sandwich is made with Herbed chicken, avocado aioli, applewood-smoked bacon, seasonal tomatoes, and topped with crispy lettuce.
