Amy McCoil

SALES MANAGER

Amy McCoil is our Event Sales and Catering Manager. She joined the Owl’s Nest team in 2019 after a move from Rhode Island to New Hampshire. She brings over 15 years of hospitality experience from OceanCliff Hotel in Newport, RI. Amy has coordinated weddings that were featured in Newport Wedding Magazine, Southern New England Weddings, and The Knot. She takes pride in her relationships with clients and vendors and understands the intricacies that go into making a wedding run smoothly.
She believes good food and music are what make a wedding memorable! Her favorite moment of the wedding day is the minutes right before the bride walks down the aisle; all the hard work and labors of love have come to fruition! When not on the grounds of the resort, she enjoys exploring the White
Mountains with her husband, two kids, and golden retriever and also spending time in Rhode Island with her extended family.
